Road closures (TBD) will impact drivability, and we will detour as necessary. During the summer semesters, there will be no weekend service. One bus will be on standby during our limited-service periods to service apartment complexes on call.
Off-Campus Routes
Campus/Downtown Trolley Route
Service times: 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday throughout the year (except on holidays)In partnership with Crimson Ride, Tuscaloosa Transit has a route from the Downtown Intermodal Facility (601 23rd Ave.) to the UA campus and back. This bus will complete a full route every half hour. UA students and faculty/staff can park at the downtown IMF and ride the route free of charge with a UA Action Card. The Bus stops are listed below:

Shopping Center Route
Effective: Sunday, August 25th, 2024Crimson Ride provides shuttles during the Fall and Spring terms from the Transit Hub/Campus Drive Parking Deck on campus to popular shopping locations near campus. The shuttle will run on Sundays from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Wednesdays from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM with stops at Mid-Town Village, University Mall, Target, and Aldi. The Shopping Shuttle will only operate during the Fall and Spring semesters.
Provides service to and from the University of Alabama campus for Thanksgiving break, winter break, and spring break.
Pickup and drop-off on campus at Presidential Village and Tutwiler Parking Deck.
